Nights Away
Applications (including renewals) for Nights Away permits should be sent to George Large the district's Nights Away Adviser - george.large@gillinghamscouts.org.uk

Nights Away Notification (NAN) form should be completed and submitted online. Once you have submitted your online form you will receive an email confirmation together with a copy of your submitted form. These forms are submitted directly to the DC.
Please make sure that your GSL (Not required for ES) is aware of the event.
If you are not staying on Scout property then please contact the Information Centre 0845 300 1818 to find out who the DC is for the area(s) that you are visiting. This information needs to be included with your notification and a copy also sent to the DC there too.
Remember that notification is required for any overnight activity, including HQ sleepovers, and those being carried out by Explorer scouts on a passport.
Finally, please note that event passports are only for young people and cannot
be issued to anybody over the age of 18.
