
World Scout Jamboree
The 26th World Scout Jamboree will be held in Poland, on the beautiful island of Wyspa Sobieszewska in Gdańsk, from 30th July to 8th August 2027.
The theme for the Jamboree is "Bravely” The World Scout Jamboree (WSJ) is a World Organization of the Scout Movement (WOSM) event, it happens every four years, each time hosted by a different country.
Please ensure that every young person that is eligible gets a chance to attend.
- To attend, young people must be aged 14–17 during the Jamboree.
- They must be born between 31st July 2009 and 30th July 2013.
- There will be a selection process weekend in October, along with Medway and Dartford Districts, at Buckmore Park.

26th World Scout Jamboree Selection Process
Parent and Young Person Information Evenings will be held on Thursday 10th July and Thursday 11th September at the District HQ, Castlemaine Avenue, Gillingham ME7 2QL each commencing at 7pm.
Or just register (using the link below) to attend the Selection Event to be held at Buckmore Park Scout Campsite over the weekend 3rd-5th October 2025. Registration closes 26th September.
