The Gillingham Scouts District Headquarters is located at 100A Castlemaine Avenue, Gillingham ME7 2QE. The purpose built facility consists of a hall, fitted kitchen, meeting room, toilets (including one for disabled people) and storage facilities. It has an outdoor area which is fully enclosed with secure fencing. There is wheelchair access to the building.
The facility is used on a weekly basis by the 25th Gillingham Scout Group holding their regular squirrel, beaver, cub and scout meetings. In addition it is used by other sections from Groups and Explorer Units on an occasional basis.
The hall is available to hire by organisations, businesses and individuals - see box below.
