Family Remembrance Service

To commemorate the centenary of the beginning of the First World War, the district is planning a Remembrance Day service on the afternoon of 9th November 2014. The service will start at 3pm.
This service does not replace services that Groups may already attend at their own place of worship and you are free to attend either your own service, the district service or both.
Groups are free to arrange how their members attend, whether as a Group or individuals with their families. The district are looking to focus on a FAMILY REMEMBRANCE SERVICE, and parents - including grandparents, brothers and sisters - are invited to come along to the service and will be encouraged to sit with their sons/daughters in the church. All members should wear full uniform.
