Sea Scouts retain RN recognition

The 4th Gillingham Sea Scouts retained their RN recognition following a recent inspection by a Royal Navy Inspecting Officer. To receive RN recognition a Sea Scout Group must meet certain criteria and high standards laid down by the Admiralty. The Group was first granted RN recognition status in 1967 and is regularly monitored to ensure standards are being maintained.
